Santha Grinder has WARRANTY against manufacturing defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase by the retail customer when used under normal usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear of parts such as ball bearings, switch, stones, and speed Variator electronic parts. The warranty does not cover fault or damage resulting from transport damages, accidents, electrical fluctuations, attempted repairs, mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer or general wear and tear. To avail warranty service, the grinder has to be sent under pre-paid freight to our factory/our nearest branch/service point along with bill copy and warranty card duly filled in by the retailer. During warranty period the entire product will not be replaced or exchanged. Only spares will be replaced in the case of any manufacturing defects.
For service outside India kindly register your complaint by sending a mail to our customer care mail@santhagrinders.com The product serial number and a brief description about the complaint along with relevant pictures required. In the case of manufacturing defects, the warranty spares will be dispatched free of cost, the parts can be fixed by certified electricians only.
